After use, a second stat will be randomly added. The acquisition rate of each stat is as follows:
DMG dealt by Melee attributes +3%: 12%
DMG dealt by Ranged attributes +3%: 12%
DMG dealt by Elemental attributes +3%: 12%
DMG dealt by Arcane attributes +3%: 12%
CRIT damage dealt to Bosses +4%: 12%
DMG dealt to Bosses +4%: 12%
CRIT damage cap +5%: 10%
Resistance increased by 3%: 9%
When hit and HP is below 20%, recover 1% of Max HP, Cooldown 180 seconds: 9%

Only applicable for enchanting Eternal-quality equipment
