DMG dealt to bosses +4%: 12%
CRIT DMG cap +5%: 10%
Resistance increased by 3%: 9%
When hit and HP is below 20%, restore 1% Max HP; cooldown 180 sec: 9%

Can only be used to enchant Eternal-quality gear.
