Ranged attribute DMG dealt +3%: 12%
Elemental attribute DMG dealt +3%: 12%
Arcane attribute DMG dealt +3%: 12%
CRIT DMG dealt to bosses +4%: 12%
DMG dealt to bosses +4%: 12%
CRIT DMG cap +5%: 10%
Resistance increased by 3%: 9%
DMG taken -3%: 9%

Can only be used to enchant Eternal-quality gear.
