You can Unbind Appearances of rose gold quality or below, and when Unbinding, any Foundry Boosts, Refine, Level, and Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 5% chance of successful Unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances that have the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer the dye effects when transferring ownership.
