Endless Source - Wind's Prayer Potion

A potion filled with the protection of the Wind God. After drinking, you gain powerful blessing power; self and allies within the area increase movement speed by 40%, and on CRIT gain "Wind's Blessing" for 15 sec, increasing movement speed by 50%, SPD values by 100%, EVA values by 20%, ignoring All Resistance by 25%, and additionally adding 500% of SPD values to ATK values.
The Endless Source potion series shares a 90 sec cooldown.
The Endless Source potion series are not consumable items.
Different potion effects can coexist at the same time (if used by different users).
