Appearances Phantom Scissors

Unbinding can release all quality Appearances Bind, and when Unbinding, no Foundry Boost, Refine, or Level effects will be retained. There is a 5% chance of success when unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer the dye effects when transferring ownership.
