Appearances Scissor

Unbinding blue quality Appearances is possible, but doing so will not preserve any Foundry Boosts, Refine, or Level effects. There is a 5% chance of successful Unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when changing owners.
