You can Unbind Appearances of gold quality or below, but when Unbinding, no Foundry Boosts, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 50% chance of successful Unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances that have the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when changing owners.
