Black Snake General's Command

Usable. Using it can transform you into the appearance of the Black Snake Army, increasing movement speed by 5%. It cannot be stacked. There is a chance to gain more powerful effects and appearances. It can also be exchanged for a Black Snake General Chest with displaced refugees during the event.
Note: It will disappear after the cutscene.
